So numb are these hands,
That, the key that eye finds,
Hands find so hard to hold.
Doors before, open or close?
Cant say though so close…
Can’t raise the hands in fear,
Of the pain I may not bear,
Of pushing the door ajar,
Find nothing, leaving a tear,
Pain ‘n deep within me ,a scar…
Doors before, open or close?

Unsure of what I may find,
The mirth, if fate’s so kind,
Or the pain that might sprout,
Unsure of what would come out…
Would you want to find out?

Will all the pain be worth,
If I decide to stride forth,
To open them, walk through ‘n find
Dungeons, what if that's what i find ?
And not a garden, cynic i may turn out...

tis is my 1st view abt ur poem.
i lyk d first 3 stanza...i felt as if u were telyn abt sum1's mind...a close frnd/ a gal in particular.
'i dont know wats there in ur mind;
bt i do know how to find it;
bt i fear to do so;
al bcoz wen i open up,if i find nothing, my eyes would leave a tear and my heart is gonna hav a scar;
unsure of the result,would any1 take the chance of checkin weter it gives laughter/pain;
wat if i take the effort to find out and if i find out tat i have been alloted the job of prisoner and not tat of a gardener,i would becum cynic.'

dungeon refers to sum restricted destination filled wit rules tat makes sum1 feel lyk a jail.on the other hand,garden gives u a beautiful world to enjoy.
inshort..u r telyn abt the confused state of sum1's mind(probably yours only)......and the difficulties he is facing in making a decsion to take a step frwd....
note: tel me its correct meaning...i had a vague idea only.
